Rose' Veal

Veal that has been milk fed along with given a complete diet for optimum health and flavorful meat. The color of the meat is a slight rose color hence the reason it is called rose' veal. Traditional veal is fed a low iron milk supplement which is why the meat is almost white and therefore lacking in flavor. Our veal is fed fresh milk and not milk replacer along with a complete balanced diet which can be seen in the color and flavor profile of the finished product.
