Beef Fall Sampler $85

A great way to stock the freezer with cuts that do well in the Dutch oven and slow cooker. You can pick from beef, pork and veal. Each bundle is a savings of at least 10% versus buying individually.

Beef - Fall Cooking - All three of these beef cuts do well in the Dutch oven or the slow cooker. Add some onions, garlic, celery and carrots a little salt and pepper - red wine and or tomatoes a bit of beef broth if you have it on hand. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-9hours and enjoy with some potatoes or pasta (keep the juice and thicken if necessary you won't regret it) winter squash is also a nice accompaniment to any of these cuts.
